Inclusive, uplifting workshops to help your team unlock more happiness

List Yourself Happy corporate wellness sessions are designed to teach your valuable team how to define what makes them truly happy, and how to work towards their goals in incremental, achievable ways. With happiness levels lower than ever, Jess is dedicated to showing others how to create their own ‘happiness practice’.

If your team is in need of an uplift, the method of List Yourself Happy is a great way to boost their moods. Guests will learn how to use list-making to create smaller, incremental action steps which will increase happiness levels in a sustainable way. All of the session content is based in scientific and psychological research, and Jess’ superpower is delivering these proven strategies in an easy bite-sized way.

This session will teach guests how to draw out what they really want out of life to maximise their enjoyment, and ways to utilise what they learn for years to come. Everyone will leave feeling optimistic, inspired, and ready to take action using what they’ve learned to better enjoy their lives.

Content
The content for your session can be tailored to your team’s needs, or to fit in with a theme, such as productivity, self-care, or general life-work balance and wellness. Jess delivers the session in an inclusive, friendly way which puts guests at ease.

Running order
The recommended running time for this event is one hour. The format of the event usually looks like this:

  1. Guests arrive, followed by an introduction and welcome from Jess

  2. You’ll make 3-5 happiness-boosting lists together, depending on how much guests share. Jess always starts with an easy/fun warmup list to get guests used to the method, and then we’ll move to the more in-depth content.

  3. At the end of the session, Jess will provide practical tips on how guests can use what they’ve learned about themselves by introducing smaller incremental changes to their lives to head in the right direction. The end result is that guests will feel inspired, uplifted, and more in touch with their true selves.

Extras
- Add on copies of Jess’ book, List Yourself Happy to provide something tangible for each guest to enjoy after the session.
- All guests will receive Jess’ 5-Day Mood-Boost mini-course, which is free. A link will be shared at the end of the session for guests to sign up.

Virtual workshops
Thanks to the nature of virtual sessions, you can book your event in advance and we can agree on a date and start time that fits best for your company. Once we set a date, together we’ll follow a workflow that will include inviting guests, preparing them to get the most out of the experience, and tailoring the content to fit your company’s needs.

In-person workshops
In-person List Yourself Happy corporate wellness sessions can be held in small workshop settings or larger stage presentations. Sharing from the audience is encouraged in both situations and Jess creates an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that enables this.
