You’re doing well in your career and on the outside it seems like you have a great life, but you aren’t totally fulfilled. You’re juggling a lot of things, you tend to procrastinate your happiness or self-care, and you feel like time passes by too quickly. You’re mostly honouring your commitments to your family, friends, and work but you’re not spending enough time looking after yourself and your personal goals. You have a busy lifestyle, but you feel like you’re just being reactive instead of being in the driver’s seat of your life.
You wondering if your quality of life will get better perhaps once you achieve the next big thing: your next income level, or when you move to another home, or if you start a new relationship - but you don’t want to gamble to see if that’s really true. You’ve done some work on your own personal development, and you know that the answers to your happiness are most likely already within you. Some days feel like you’re living on autopilot, and you’re hoping you can get by like this until you have a moment to regroup, recharge, get clarity, but these moments aren’t happening frequently enough.
How will Design Your Life help?
Design Your Life provides you with inspiring ideas, mindfulness hacks, and enjoyable tasks and tools based in scientific and psychological research. You’ll gain fresh perspectives on your life and receive lots of support and inspiration as the three weeks unfold. You’ll be given gentle nudges in the right direction, and learn how to nudge yourself! All of this and so much more, including many ways to further your self-exploration, tons of self-care ideas, and practical shortcuts to get you heading in the right direction. Jess will openly share the tools and methods she uses to stay positive, optimistic, and motivated in her own life as an busy entrepreneur, artist, and mentor.
Together we’ll use these amazing tools to give you absolute clarity on what you want, how you’re spending your time, and how to prioritise your daily activities so they fit in with your larger, long-term goals. We’ll re-inspire your daily and weekly routines, and work on making the tough stuff a hell of lot easier.
You’ll learn how to quiet unnecessary noise and chaos that tends to creep into our modern lives. This course will also save you valuable time - because rather than waiting for something to change in your life, you’ll have the confidence to take action now!

DESIGN YOUR LIFE: WHAT’S INCLUDED
This three-week intensive program begins in January 2025, and it includes:
ONLINE LEARNING
You’ll have access to two LIVE online sessions with Jess each week. The first session for learning the course material, and the second session to expand on the application of the methods. If you are unable to make these live sessions, you can always watch them on replay. You’ll have access to all the course material FOREVER, so you can revisit Design Your Life in your own time, anytime.
WORKSHEETS & PLANNERS
You’ll be sent supportive weekly worksheets, helpful printables to streamline your life, and perpetual checklists to preserve your energy.
IMPLEMENTATION and Q&A CALL
At the end of the third week, we’ll have an implementation and Q&A session to help you solidify what you’ve learned. We’ll discuss how to sustainably use what you learned to continue to up-level your life.

In addition, an optional accountability check-in from Jess mid-week for each of the three weeks.

It’s one thing to dream and set goals, and another thing entirely to actually make them happen - let’s do this!
IMPLEMENTATION AND Q&A
In this live session, we’ll reinforce what you’ve learned so that your ideal life is achievable and sustainable for you. With lifetime access to the course, you can feel free to revisit all the content including the videos, exercises, and bonuses whenever you’re ready for the next level.
